The Dream Without Pain Cervical Neck Pillow has been great for my sleep. Its provides excellent support for my neck and spine, helping me wake up without stiffness or discomfort. The pillow is soft yet holds its shape really well, which is rare to find. It takes a little time to get used to, but the unique design lets you adjust it in different ways based on your sleep position. Don’t waste your money.

It doesn’t really do anything for me. For the price I expected it to be a bit softer. A bit too hard. I am back to using my old pillow. I will give it another try but after using it for a week or more my sleep wasn’t great and my neck wasn’t any better.
