What’s cooking good looking
By emily prellberg on Reviewed in the United States on September 27, 2025
“This crockpot has totally changed my weeknight dinners! 💕 I can throw in the ingredients in the morning, and by the time I’m home, I’ve got a hot, delicious meal ready. The temperature settings are super reliable — no overcooking or burning — and the keep-warm feature is a lifesaver when everyone eats at different times. Cleanup is a breeze with the removable insert, and the size is perfect for everything from soups and stews to pot roasts and even desserts. It feels sturdy and well-made, and honestly makes cooking almost too easy. If you want less stress and more cozy, home-cooked meals, this crockpot is worth every penny!”

Perfect size for two - settings are really hard to read
By N. Ga girl on Reviewed in the United States on May 13, 2025
First, I'll say that this little crockpot is cute, and I really like the color. I bought it to replace one of the same size that I accidentally broke (the broken one was a Chef Man, also a 1.5 quart, that I'd had for years). This size is perfect for two people. One of the things I do most with it is put in a chicken breast, season it pretty well, and when it's done, shred it. You can add barbecue sauce or some kind of jerk marinade for sandwiches, or you can use the chicken in another recipe that calls for cooked chicken. I also make chicken French dip sandwiches and buffalo chicken dip in it. It holds the perfect amount for two. I love that the crock is removable and goes in the dishwasher. I don't think I'd own one that wasn't like that. This crockpot does cook a little faster/hotter than the one it's replacing. That's not really a problem - I'll just use "low" when before, I could cook on "high" most of the day. But that brings me to the biggest problem I have with it. When I first took it out of the box to set up to use, I thought it was the strangest thing that the knob wasn't marked with its settings. When I got out my magnifying glass that lights up, I was able to see that the knob is marked - it's just SO faint, you can hardly see it. I'll include photos, but I'm not sure they'll show just how hard to see it really is. The one up close photo is through my lit magnifying glass. I solved the problem by marking the settings with a Sharpie, but you shouldn't have to do that with a brand-new crockpot. That doesn't stop me from recommending it if a small crockpot is what you want. I hope this one will last me at least as long as my Chef Man did (8 years before I broke it).
