Buy the vacuum! No need to look anywhere else! This is the vacuum you need in your life. Wow!! We have a roomba run daily which is great but for a good deep clean of the two rugs this will get it. I look forward to vacuuming all the time now lol

Just buy it new from Dyson. Arrived and within one day it was dead, battery and charger were both shot. I highly doubt anything was reconditioned. Seller wanted me to return and ship the whole vacuum back to them with no promise of a replacement and refused to just replace the defective parts. I ultimately just bought a new battery and charger from Dyson and am back up and running. Very disappointed with this purchase.
