Best Invention Ever

Omg I love this so much! Where has this been all my life. First of all, can I be honest? I bought this not only for my dog but also for my hair. I have very long hair and I shed all over my home. My hair is so long and gets everywhere that I break every vacuum because my hair wraps into the roller brush area causing a backup. So before I vacuum I need to pick up my long hair and well there just wasn’t a great way to do that quickly until now. This has been the product I’ve needed my whole life. It works so well. I’m honestly so shocked how well it works. It not only picked up my hair but it anlso picks up other tiny debris. Now I know that if my vacuum ever breaks i seriously could us this to clean my carpet. And not only does it work well, it’s also good sturdy quality product. I can tell I will have this for years to come. And also I can’t believe they included a small hand held addition for free. The thank you note was just a super nice touch as well. Such an amazing product and now I see by an amazing company as well. Best money spent!!!

does not actually pick up hair

We have new carpeting which is not shag, maybe nylon? I have this little hand-held "brush" that I use in small areas and it picks up cat hair great, but it's small; only a few inches wide. Rather than vacuum everyday, I wanted to rake the carpeting just to get the cat hair on days when we're too lazy. I got this new carpet rake thinking it'd work the same - as our small handheld - but it doesn't. I can use it like a broom/rake and the brass looking end will definitely get to the hair and you can get it into a pile, but it doesn't actually pickup the hair, which is weird. So I flipped it around thinking maybe the other end - the black part of the rake - would pick it up, but it doesn't. I guess if you need a carpet brush to rake the hair, then if you want to pick it up by hand, vacuum it, or use a different "brush", then I suppose this product will do ya fine. But I thought I was getting a carpet rake that would actually pickup the hair.
