new machines are used and not covered under warranty.

Very clean machine BUT the sellers are trying to sell a used machine as new and it has coffee grounds in it. I have ordered two of them now and they both were the same way. I reached out to the manufacture and found out these are not authorized sellers and not covered under warranty.
