Good set of cups

These are a good set of cups, I would say they are spill proof but not fully leakproof as they can still squirt water if dropped or hit hard enough or left upside down. However, compared to other “spill proof” cups these are one of the better choices for sure. Also they seem sturdy & haven’t broken with any of the drops, knocks, or other toddler antics getting on over here. I got them for my 18 month old but the 3.5 year old will use them too. My only real complaint is that they are too hard for my youngest to flip open the straw on his own, so he has to come get assistance from myself or his brother. I’m hoping with time this may loosen up though. I do like that literally every component of these cups can come apart for cleaning: However, because of that there are lots of pieces. For example the straw breaks down into 3 separate pieces which is great for peace of mind knowing there’s no sneaky mold growing anywhere. But you definitely have to make sure you keep track of all the pieces & put it together perfectly. Overall these are another great offering from Nuby & if you’ve tried other spill proof options then I would say give this cup a try.

While I was initially excited to receive the Nuby No-Spill Trainer Soft Straw Cup, I was a bit disappointed when I opened the package and found that we received the Pink Animals & Aqua Ocean pack instead of the Blue Animals & Blue Cars that we had ordered. However, after using them for a while, here's my honest review: Functionality: Despite the color mix-up, the cups themselves work great. They're leak-proof, easy for my toddler to hold with the two handles, and the flip-top lid makes it convenient for on-the-go use. Soft straw: The soft straw design is gentle on my child's gums, and they had no trouble transitioning from a bottle to this cup. It's a relief knowing that they can drink comfortably without any sharp edges. Durability: Just like the other Nuby products we've used, these cups seem sturdy and well-made. They've endured drops and tumbles without any visible damage. Design: While I would have preferred the blue color scheme we originally ordered, the pink animals and aqua ocean design are still cute and appealing to my little one. It's just not what we were expecting. In conclusion, while the color mix-up was disappointing, the functionality and quality of the Nuby No-Spill Trainer Soft Straw Cup remain impressive. If color isn't a significant factor for you, I would still recommend these cups for their performance. Just double-check your order to ensure you receive the color you want!
