Finally waking up without a sore neck – game changer!

Great material, but woke up with pain

At first, the pillow seemed very comfortable and sturdier than most. I was also excited that it was higher than most as I am tall and have a long neck. However, and I am not exactly sure why, I kept waking up with pain as if my neck was stretched. I thought maybe this pillow was too tall after all, so I took out the small foam insert as per the instructions, but that did not help at all. Was really sad to return it as the material seemed great, and the unique shape of the pillow seemed promising.
