A must have knife for home

This knife has quickly become one of the most used in my kitchen. It’s perfect for detailed prep work like fish, deboning chicken, trimming fat, and slicing delicate cuts of meat. The blade is razor sharp and holds its edge beautifully. It has just the right amount of flex for getting close to the bone, but still enough stiffness to power through tougher spots. Not as it’s described

It’s a sharp knife and so is the edge of a tin can after opened with a can opener. Neither of which are made with Demarcus steel or made through a layered steel process. The pattern on the knife is stamped and represents a consistent regular stamp which is also not representative of a layered Damascus steel irregular layered boundaries. I believe the price was increased then listed on sale to represent a Damascus layered steel price point. Get the knife if you like, just don’t get it thinking it’s an actual Damascus steel blade.
