Samsonite Centric 2 Hardside Expandable Luggage, 2-Piece

Broke after one trip. We purchased this set of luggage as a high school graduation gift for our daughter. She went on one trip and the largest piece broke after one trip. The zipper fabric already started to separate from the hard shell. The rest of the trip, our daughter was constantly worried that her suitcase was going to split the rest of the way and spill the contents out at any given moment. Samsonite used to have a good reputation. I guess they don’t make them like they used to, and now our daughter is stuck with a defective suitcase, since the return window already passed.
