2 Pack Handheld Mini Fans

Purchased before a trip to the desert. I tested with the factory charge and seemed to be fine, so I charged full at home. On the trip, good thing it wasn't too hot since only used sparingly and at lower speeds. Still when we got home, it was down to ~65% which I found odd since it was used less than a similar fan (battery size but different manuf) still showing 82% left. I ran a test between the fans at full level 5 speed and noticed within 5min, this one had stopped too early. Now the battery is flashing 1% and when run for a few seconds will show "188%" with a green bolt symbol for a second before going completely dead. Sounds like bad battery on this one, but it's brand-new.
