Novilla Bed Frame & Upholstered Headboard

I should have known with the reasonable price that this bed frame was going to be cheaply made, but I was hoping to be proven wrong. The assembly was easy enough, but after using the bed frame for a couple of weeks and feeling like there was some major sagging, I checked the frame and realized that the metal supports were bent and the wooden slats weren't giving the proper support. I tried taking it apart to see if I could possibly fix it myself, but then the plastic pieces that the wooden slats slide into started breaking. This item is a complete disaster and I will not be purchasing from this company again. I hope you find this review before you waste your time and money. It proves to be very time-consuming to even return the item, as it is very bulky. Thankfully, Amazon Customer Service was very helpful with processing the return.
