Great Snow Cone Machine

You will be the coolest grandma EVER with this machine... it does everything it says it does, and more! The ice shredding is so fast, that 4 grandkids couldn't keep up! I did order additional syrup flavors, straw, cups - because the kids intend to give FREE snow cones to my neighbors! I have to admit, that I did lay plastic wrap down on the bottom, and stick a bowl in the machine so that I could use it for myself to just have a small snow cone at night! HA! That way, I don't have to worry about any cleanup... just dump the small amount of drainage water from the bowl in the morning! I especially love that it can be disconnected from the cart to sit on tabletop or picnic table, so I can give it to others to use very easily!

Broken with wet glue and is not working

I bought this snow cone machine to enjoy the Easter holiday with kids. When the technician has set it up the machine wouldn't grind the ice. It wasn't even spinning. I contacted Amazon and was offered free return. Then the DHL agent in My island St. Vincent and the Grenadines said they were not informed of any such return by Amazon. This is such a headache because I spent quite a few hundred dollars between buying the item, shipping it to the Caribbean and clearing it from customs. All this for nothing because the machine isn't working. the technician then attempted to check if something was wrong and when he opened the big blue part where the motor is it was broken and still had wet glue. This is just wickedness and they are not even offering me a refund, but rather I must return it before they can determine how much of a refund I get. This is the worst experience I have had from Amazon. Just please give me my money back or a replacement of the item. Shipping to the states from the Caribbean is hard and expensive. Please Amazon or Nostalgia, you collected my money and all I have is damaged product. Please give me my money back. I'm begging you.
