No more choosing between cold or crusty food!

I love it! If you warm it up toward the end of your food prep, it will be warm enough to keep your food hot for quite some time. It is kind of small so I will be purchasing 2-3 more because I entertain a lot and like to keep the food I worked so hard on at a good serving temp. One might suffice for a small family meal, but probably not. It really is a money saver too because you can keep the temp at a level where the food is tasty, but not all dried out like with chaffing dishes. This meant my food was enjoyed by guests the whole event and the leftovers were actually worth saving for my family. Can’t tell you how much dry, crusty, expensive food I have thrown out after a party using other heating methods. Easy to store too! Great buy!

Better products out there.

The product performs as described. That being said, the footprint with the rounded front is just stupid and wasteful. In addition, it can only be programmed up to a 4 hour shutoff. I bought another product that has a rectangular footprint and can be programmed up to a 6 hour shutoff for the same price. I like the latter one much better.
