Life changer! I suffer from these crazy hot flashes. So I got to looking for cooling sheets to help me sleep better. And bamboo sheets were recommended. And I came across these hmmmm let me try these sheets. And they did exactly what I needed them to do keep me cool. Ladies if you need some cooling sheets to help you get some rest this are a great buy at a great price .I purchased the black ones . I have washed them several times and they are holding up great no shrinking and no fading.
