Wonderful starter set

These jars are durable. I've dropped them and accidentally cooked them for a few minutes. They are great for growing and feeding your sourdough. The scraper is wonderful and it's metal so that is a plus. I didn't use the cloth covers, but the lids are great. The temp strip and measure band are so good to help you monitor your starter.

SHARDS OF GLASS

I strongly warn against purchasing this product. It arrived broken when I opened the box shards of glass went everywhere. The glass was very thin. This is potentially very dangerous especially in food prep. I requested a refnd becuase I do not want this product. I will purshase an alternatre safer product or simply use my trusted mason jars. Amazon instructed me to return the broken glass! That is absolutely rideiculas to ship broken shards of glass for some package handler to get hurt on.
