ADENGL Metal Elevated Dog Bowls

There are two squares that you bolt together and they do not sit flush. I have tried undoing and redoing the bolts and tried to get them to stay flat but this is as good as I can get. For the money it’s okay, but not quite as pictured. Water goes through the two parts, and drips down the other bowl. The mat is not water proof or even water resistant. The floor underneath is completely wet. Also the parts came slightly dented. Water
