Initially I had to run it a few times because the room was so dirty. Now I run it every other day and the room is spotless and it seems to make the carpet softer. I would recommend this product it is high quality and easy to set up. I'm planning to get a mopping one for the kitchen.

Charger Plates Popped Out and Fell Into The Housing

What in the world?! Both of the metal charger plates popped out of the robot housing after a few uses. I've had six different robot vacs by various companies and I've never had anything like this happen.. I've only had it for about two and a half months with rather minimal use. It started having charging issues so I picked it up to make sure the connections weren't dirty as I've had this happen with other robots before and I barely touch them and popped out and fell into housing. I'm so perplexed by this. I definitely do not recommend this robot.
