An Even Better Vacuum!
By Kari Bahr on Reviewed in the United States on July 16, 2024
I own 2 previous WLUPEL cordless vacuum models (one for upstairs and one for downstairs) and I love them. Gone are the dreaded days of lugging out a heavy vacuum, having to mind the cord while vacuuming the whole time, and moving it from plug to plug around the house. When I checked out this new model, I purchased it immediately when I saw that one design flaw had been corrected. On the previous model, you had to place the vacuum in the wall-mount and then also plug the AC cord into the Battery pack on the vacuum. On this new model, the wall mount itself holds the power supply and you just slip the vacuum into it to charge. This saves time and also means no one can "forget" to plug it in. Another upgrade is the attachments -- in addition to the ones that came with the previous model, there is a longer flat brush head that is awesome on stairs or upholstery. This new model is a bit heavier but also more powerful. I like that the suction power is a scale that you can swipe up or down on the display vs. just toggling between Eco and High power (on the previous model). I am still very impressed with the suction (even on carpet), ease of emptying, ease of washing and replacing the filters when necessary, and last but not least the maneuverability -- it can so easily get into tight spaces and it even can lay completely flat to the point of being able to vacuum alllll the way under my sofas. If you have little kids who love to "help" you can also adjust down the length of the handle to their height - my girls love this. Another cool thing is that you can remove the telescoping part and add the attachments directly onto the vacuum unit itself -- this turns it into a very strong dust-buster that you can use for upholstery, in the car, etc. After 2 years of routine and sometimes rough use I would say they are almost indestructible. If this vacuum can keep up with my house... with 4 adults, 2 toddlers, 9 dogs, and 2 cats -- I think it must be a winner! I LOVE this vacuum and will continue to keep on eye on this brand for future options!

No customer service

Well, the manual that comes with the stick, Beck gives an email address and telephone number for customer support, I’ve been unsuccessful over a week of multiple times of calling. The telephone number does not ring on the other end and just goes into dead space and two emails have not been answered. I have a hero.8 stick vac but I’ve been happy with. It is just two years old and the battery has died. I can find no way of finding a replacement battery and without direction from customer support. I have no alternative but to purchase another vacuum.
