Powerful machine

Why did you pick this product vs others?: When my other stick vacuum broke and I couldn't find it anymore, I got this one. It's pretty powerful and definitely heavier than my last one, so my hand gets tired quicker. But it's a very good machine for the money. I would recommend it.

Worst product I have ever ordered from Amazon.

I am so disappointed in this product. I had been wanting to get a cordless stick vacuum for ages, and took advantage of buing it with all the deals on Black Friday. Surprisingly it go just as many good reviews as more expensive models. I honestly don't think I will ever trust Amazon reviews again, and instead go onlin to get independent reviews on the products I get before buying them. Main problem, it continuously shuts down after about 3-5 minutes, even though I am using the product exactly as describes in the instruction manual. Why? Because the roller brush and suction valve are completely jammed with the dirt it has just sucked up. The only way to unclog the vacum to restart it is to completely clear out all the refuse it had just vaccumed up. What's the point. I am defintely returning and will definitely not be repurchasing this item again. Next time I will spend a little more for a more reliable vacuum.
