This Vietnamese coffee is great! It dissolves well in hot water and I think it is nicely balanced. Be aware this is a milk coffee so it has both sweetener and milk powder in the mix and it won't be high caffeine like American instant coffee (think Folgers) is. It is just what I expected it to be and I really enjoyed it. The little cat shaped bottle is cute, but know that the lid has a hole in it probably for a boba straw? Honestly, doesn't seem that useful because it looks difficulty to clean. But, it is cute enough to be used once or twice (or more, if you like doing dishes I guess). You can also use these little packages to do a smoothie/frappe if you mix it with milk and a little ice in the blender. That would probably require 2 packets though.

Tasty but Very sweet

This coffee is certainly not as strong as a typical Vietnamese coffee would be, and the sweetness comes from sugar not sweetened condensed milk. I took the advice of another reviewer, and instead added this to my own hot black coffee and that was a perfect combination. It made the coffee stronger and helped to dull down some of the sweetness. The included plastic Kitty cup is very cute, but since the type of plastic is not labeled I would definitely only use it for cold beverages (and even then maybe only a few reuses, since certain types of plastic can break down with repeated washing/use).
