Tepoal Large Heated Cat House

I had an excellent experience with this cat house and Jenny of their customer service department in particular. I ordered the cat house in early December and put it into use in our garage upon delivery. I found it easy to put together with the supplied installation instructions. It is a sturdy cat house with its metal frame. At times one of our cats lays on top of the cat house. In my case, two adult cats can sleep in the cat house although your experience may vary depending on the the size of your cats if you have more than one. In late February the heating pad quit working. I emailed the After-Sale email address on the included User’s Guide. To my pleasant surprise I received a prompt email response from Jenny of the customer service department. She provided instructions by email of a suitable replacement heating pad available on Amazon. After I provided proof of purchase of the replacement heating pad then Jenny promptly responded by email giving me Amazon gift card numbers to cover the cost of the replacement heating pad. In my experience, at least, the customer service was fully deserving of a 5 Star review.
