This is paper and it is not elegant. I expected the thickness of the paper to be thicker. I was very dissatisfied with the quality of the paper. I requested a refund because the value was not in the product for the cost of the item. I had no choice but to use due to the setup for my event. I hope the seller will consider the refund because I feel it was a waste of my money.
