Efficient and User-Friendly Juicer
By liaoruidong on Reviewed in the United States on December 10, 2024
I recently purchased this juicer, and it has quickly become a staple in my kitchen. From its sleek design to its powerful performance, this juicer stands out as an excellent addition for anyone looking to incorporate fresh juice into their diet. Firstly, the juicer is incredibly user-friendly. The instructions provided are clear and easy to follow, making the setup and operation straightforward even for those who are new to juicing. The large, transparent container is a great feature, allowing you to see the juicing process and ensuring that you can make a significant amount of juice in one go. This is particularly useful for preparing juice for the whole family or for storing it for later use. The build quality of the juicer is impressive. It feels sturdy and well-made, giving you confidence that it will last a long time. The handle and lid are designed for easy handling and pouring, preventing any spills and making the entire process mess-free. Additionally, the appliance operates quietly compared to other juicers I have used, which is a huge plus. One of the standout features of this juicer is its efficiency. It quickly and effectively extracts juice from a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, leaving behind dry pulp, which means you get the most out of your produce. Cleaning the juicer is also a breeze, as the parts are easy to disassemble and can be rinsed off or placed in the dishwasher. In conclusion, I highly recommend this juicer to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient way to enjoy fresh juice at home. It combines great design, ease of use, and powerful performance, making it a fantastic investment for your kitchen.

False confusing misleading advertising - Now won't work!
By Lauren S. on Reviewed in the United States on October 12, 2024
I'm very disappointed. The advertising is very confusing, false and misleading. It's says it's a 6.5 in chute. Then photos say it is 5.8 in in diameter. None of this is the case. I expected a 6.5 inch in diameter chute. This juicer is actually only 5 in in diameter so none of the advertising is correct. When something is described as a 6.5 in chute, I am expecting that to be the diameter not the length as well it's not even 5.8 in in diameter it's only 5 in so I was very shocked to see how small the chute is to what I was expecting to receive. I'm going to keep this juicer for now and try it out and will update it if I find it is still a nice juicer. But I am not understanding why they are claiming this is a 5.8 inch diameter chute as well as a 6.5 in diameter chute and it's only a five diameter so it's completely misleading unless I am missing some esoteric measuring when it comes to these juicers. I will likely be looking for something that is larger as that's what I was hoping for and returning this model. *Update: First I want to update regarding the manufacturer's response to my confronting them regarding the false measurements. ( this is actually the Canoly brand model je37b) Here is their response: "Hi there, Sorry. It may be because the measurement method of our developers is different from the ordinary measurement, so it does not conform to the normal inch description." Huh?? I told them, I'm sorry when it says and shows in photo 5.8 in diameter chute, a customer is expecting 5.8 in - not 5 in.! Then they said, OK we'll change it. A month later and I have not seen any changes to correct the false measurements. It seems they feel it's perfectly okay to completely mislead the customer. I really cannot understand their thought process on this at all. Now for the juicer review: Unfortunately, I have nothing to compare it to this is the first slow cold-pressed juicer I have ever used. I didn't want to have to spend $500 on a juicer, so this is going to have to do for now. It does leave quite a bit of pulp and product up the sides and can only juice a small amount of juice before it gets clogged and needs to be cleaned otherwise it will just spin the product around the sides and will not feed it through the juicer. So batch juicing isn't very feasible as you still need to basically clean the entire juicer after one or two hoppers full of product. Then there's the noise. Not sure if all slow masticating juicers make this noise but the screeching noise it makes makes the juicing process quite unpleasant. (See video) I put a little coconut oil on the rubber parts that the auger touches and it seems to help the noise somewhat. All in all I guess this is what you get for the price. Would love to try a Nama J2 one day and really do not like to support a company that is knowingly giving false information on the measurements. Not sure at all why no other reviews mentioned this. So, for now I will be reluctantly keeping and using this model even with the cons as I do feel I get a reasonable amount of juice although again I do not have anything to compare it to until I find something that I like better as I intend to try out some other slow cold-pressed juicers. Now juicer has completely stopped working! It will not juice anything it just gets stopped up somehow and refuses to move. It seems to have no power to push through anything anymore. So disappointed. Because I returned the first model I received and ended up buying the exact same model because I had a feeling the first one just wasn't working right. For a while I was very pleased that it was at least working better than the first one. Now after only a few uses it refuses to juice anything! Will have to return this one as well. So incredibly disappointed. I have constantly tried to reverse and see if anything stuck and it just refuses to juice anything and doesn't have the slightest bit of power it needs to push through anything. It refuses to juice it just stops and won't move. I'm removing the video with the sound because that's not nearly as important as it not moving. So I am uploading a video of it refusing to move. This is for anything it won't do cilantro it won't juice any carrots, celery, apples, watermelon rind nothing it used to juice. Also be aware that Amazon is now taking quite a long time to refund on items like this. It could take 30 days or longer after they receive it to receive your refund. The first one I returned, I had to file a claim with my bank because it is almost 30 days since the return was delivered and received by them, yet I still have not received a refund and I have been lied to by customer service several times saying the refund was already processed and I would receive it in my bank in three to five business days then they say oh no it hasn't even been received yet yet it's been shown as delivered for over 2 weeks. They also kept giving me the runaround first telling me I would only need to wait a maximum of 14 days after the item is received, then oh now it's 30 days max, then it could be 30 days or longer. I do not feel comfortable buying anything at a higher price point from Amazon any longer
