Shark R-HP302 Air Purifier

Refurbished is what it is. There's no sense running it in automatic because it's always at 100% and never changes. Put it in auto and it just shuts down and never turns back on. I'm using it like my other filters by just letting it round all of the time. Plus, the online owner's manual states that there's a remote that wasn't with it. Other then all of that, It's quiet and it filters the air. Not perfect, but it works! After using this for awhile, I now can say it's total junk. I clean the screens once a week, and noticed dust on the outlet side on top. I decided to check the filter and found the 5 year never change filter was filthy. I'd hate to see how it would look after 5 years of service. It's still on 100% clean air and has never changed. I guess when someone returns an item that doesn't work, they just install clean filters and call it factory refurbished. I'll never buy anything from shark again.
