We use it in the master bedroom. Early indications are very good. It is quiet. Access to filters and controls are easy. If appearance matters, it is an attractive case and color. Cost was reasonable. If the five years to filter change holds true, that is much better than previous models,

Major disappointment!

I prefer to keep it on auto, but after a while it will give me an error reading or tell me to check the filters. I am constantly checking and cleaning the filters every month. I have tried to trouble shoot only for the website to tell me to call customer service. It is very unfortunate that such an expensive air purifier has so many problems functioning.
