Stylish and Smart Cleaning Solution
By Selina Snow on Reviewed in the United States on January 7, 2025
I’ve been using the Eureka E20 Plus Robot Vacuum for a few weeks, and it has quickly become an essential part of my household. This device brings smart functionality and effective cleaning to the next level. Why I Love It: -Stylish Design: Sleek and modern—it looks great even when it’s just sitting on the dock. -Powerful Cleaning: Picks up hair, dust, and crumbs effortlessly, even in hard-to-reach spots. Works perfectly on both carpets and hard floors. -Smart Features: The navigation is spot-on. It maps the house, avoids obstacles, and doesn’t miss a single corner. -Quiet Performance: Unlike other vacuums I’ve used, this one runs quietly enough that I can work from home without being disturbed. It’s perfect for running during the day or even overnight. Minor Downsides: -Price Point: This isn’t the cheapest option on the market, but the quality and convenience justify the cost in my opinion. If you’re looking for a robot vacuum that’s powerful, reliable, and actually looks good in your home, this is it. I’m beyond happy with my purchase and highly recommend it!

Follow up review added - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
By Ray Johnson on Reviewed in the United States on October 16, 2024
FOLLOW UP ON MY REVIEW: This is my review of the 2 vacuums I have. E20Plus & E10S This review comes on the tail of the poor customer service I have received from Eureka. I have owned these vacuums since Sept & Oct '24. BOTH vacuums have bins that leak water. They started leaking within about 3 weeks of having them. One slowly leaks out over the course of a few hours. The other leaks out in a matter of minutes. I have reached out to the company for help with the issues. Figured it would be something easy; just send me a replacement dust/water bin for each. Boy was I mistaken! This process of emailing and calls has taken place for weeks now with absolutely no resolution. I don't know if they just don't want to help or if the language barrier is the issue, but it was extremely difficult to get an intelligent answer back from them. At one point I kept getting the same exact form response back to my answers. Then I was told for they would send me a ticket to return the item, they would look at it and refund my money. Well, the ticket was never emailed. When I inquired about it, I was told I had already returned it and received a refund. I asked if I had then why was the vacuum still sitting here. Again I was told the item was returned already and I had received a refund - 3 times. I then threatened to leave them poor reviews, to not recommend their products to anyone and never buy another product from their company again. That got a response apologizing for the errors and asking what they can do to resolve the issue. Again, I told them that all I wanted was to just have a new set of bins sent to me because I couldn't use the mop feature as they were both leaking. I also told them I gave up due to frustration and just used silicone to seal the bins up to keep them from leaking and ruining my floors. I was then told I needed to find an exploded view of the vacuum and identify the part I needed and give them the number associated with that. LOL WHAT? Was I provided with that exploded view? Nope. I've searched their site and the internet in general and am unable to find this exploded view of their product. Again, I just GIVE UP. Why does it have to be so difficult on so many levels to get some customer service with this company? Clearly they do not stand behind their product and expect the customers to jump thru hoop after hoop in hopes that they just give up and deal with a product that doesn't work the way it was said to work. This was a huge waste of time and money. Only thing I can say that I don't like about this is that there aren't a ton of instructions for the vacuum itself or the app. A little experimenting and I managed to figure it out. It maps the floor great. The object avoidance works well - it goes around the shag area rug I have in my living room. It can't vacuum that because it just gets bound up and stuck. The mopping feature is nice to damp mop the floor. I add a drop or two of essential oil in for a nice scent in the rooms. I have 4 Heelers and they shed like crazy and this manages to keep up with their hair - I run it every day.
