TOPK Portable Misting Fan

I've tried a few different hand fans before and recently purchased one and it's already my favorite. You have the option to use the mister with or without the fan, and the fan has three speed settings. I was initially confused about how to activate the mister. Either the instructions weren't clear or I just don't know how to read. It turns out that you need to quick-press the button for the fan settings and press and hold the button for the misting function. Once I figured this out, I was really impressed by the mister! It creates a fine fog rather than spraying droplets, just enough moisture to cool your skin without making you wet. Note that they say you should use distilled water. I'm assuming this is because of how fine the mesh is that creates the mist. The mister is located at the top of the handle below the fan, so when the fan is on, the mist stays below the wind the fan creates. I found that the best method was to bring the mister close to my face with the fan off, spray for about 30 seconds, and then turn on the fan. Even on the lowest setting, the combination of dewy skin and airflow was surprisingly cooling. One thing to note is to avoid breathing in through your mouth while the mist is on, as it made me cough. However, I could spray it directly on my face with my eyes open and breathe through my nose without any issues. The mist is super fine, similar to what you might find in aeroponic systems, so you can barely feel it. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a portable fan to beat the heat.
