ITS GREAT!! BUT Unclear Instructions, READ THIS BE4 USE
By Jon on Reviewed in the United States on January 24, 2025
Love the product, can’t believe it, it effectively vacuum seals bags and mason jars. I was going to give the product four stars because the instructions are not comprehensive at all, but it’s a solid product so I will give it five stars. (Also a big plus - Customer service was quick to respond, was friendly, and provided detailed insight into fixing my problem ) FOR CANNING MASON JARS - their Support team had to tell me this because it wouldn’t work - “Please use a 5V2A plug to charge the machine for 5 hours in the first use and do not use the machine while charging. To seal the vacuum jars you need to press the machine button while holding down the black lid by hand. Operates just like the photo you provided.” (Photo attached) The product then worked perfectly! For vacuum sealing bags - not the most detailed instructions but straightforward enough. You’ll realize when you cut the bag that it creates another opening on that cut-end, so you can choose which side to seal first, then pack your stuff in, then use dry or moist vacuum seal options and it’ll automatically seal the bag once the vacuum seal is complete. Bag vacuum sealing - make sure you lay your meat or whatever it is as flat as possible, and spread it out through the bag as evenly as possible to avoid clumping areas and air pockets (while leaving a couple inches free at the top of the bag). This will help the machine work better. While the bag vacuum sealing function worked the first time I plugged it in, it was weak, and I would highly recommend letting it charge for the recommended five hours and I think it’ll work even better than it did on mine (I’m looking forward to doing it again). If you are doing long-term mason jar canning, make sure you also buy oxygen absorber packets to put in the top of the mason jar when you seal it - this will extend the shelf life of your product extensively.

Poor Suction
By Jeri Thrasher on Reviewed in the United States on May 14, 2025
I've never written a review before, but was so disappointed in this product, I felt I had to. The design is user friendly, and the cutting feature works perfectly. However, the machine simply doesn't get all of the air out and because it can't get the air out, it doesn't cross over to the seal function. It simply runs for ages trying to get air out. When you manually try to seal it, you end up with air inside the sealed package. I haven't had time to use it much since I purchased it, but it has been this way from my first use. I had assumed I was doing something wrong until my son came over and we compared it with his machine (a different brand). Now, the return date has expired. I may have gotten a defective product; just can't be sure.
