I absolutely love these pillows. It has the perfect neck support needed. I have slept better with little neck pain when I sleep on the pillow as I tend to go back and forth from a semi soft to this pillow. The quality of materials used for this pillow is of high quality.

Not cooling. Super slippery, pillowcases slide off

The firmness is fine. There’s an unpleasant smell but that’s normal with memory foam and it goes away after a while. It’s no more “cooling” than any other pillow, and the outside is super slippery - you really need a pillowcase with a zipper for it to stay on.
