These pillows have been game changers for both my husband and I. He's not snoring as much and I am not tossing and turning like I was before. Will be interested to see how cooling they are in summer but as for comfort they are the best we have bought in years

Not cooling. Super slippery, pillowcases slide off

The firmness is fine. There’s an unpleasant smell but that’s normal with memory foam and it goes away after a while. It’s no more “cooling” than any other pillow, and the outside is super slippery - you really need a pillowcase with a zipper for it to stay on.
