Tight jaw relief

I suffer from a very tight jaw with pressure stemming from my neck. This works wonders to gently warm and stretch my neck. A few times a day and my tension has drastically reduced.

Yes it heats up, the massage nodules are there but do not work. How are they supposed to be activated?. Tried asking people who make it and gave me the run around on top of wrong email address, which tells me I gave them my money you figure it out on your own!!! Help!!
