Just received the unit. Used both on my neck and lumbar area. The warmth is very comforting. The instructions, printed on the exterior of the box, are pretty simplistic and easily understood by "most" people. I am highly pleased with the efficiency of the unit relieving two of my painful areas. Great price, when compared to other similar units. Would definitely recommend to others needing relief from temporary neck or back pain.

Not worth the money

I don’t know where neck stretcher come in to play with this item, but it’s just a curved heating pad. You can get the same effect from a flat heating pad and pillow. You can barely feel the heat from it. I totally wasted my money on this Rinky Dinky thing.
