Farberware Vegetable Chopper 2 Blade

I purchased this to have on hand to help easily cut through veggies and i have to say it worked well for its job. It was much faster at dicing up peppers and onions than doing it by hand, and it easily kept the diced pieces in the bottom compartment to easily move them to the cooking area. I was concerned that it would be hard to press down, but i have to say it cut through everything pretty easily. It includes two interchangeable blade inserts depending on which size diced pieces you need, and they are easy to swap out. The only issue i would say and the reason for 4 stars is the size of the blade means you may have to trim some items before putting them on the blade or you just mash them into the device. Not a big deal, but does add an additional step. In the end, cleanup is easy. Just disassemble the few pieces and throw them in the dishwasher. Overall its a convenient device to have on hand if you chop a lot of vegetables.
