What an absolute disappointment of an item. (1) Never stops counting random numbers. First, it takes forever to get a reading. After 5 resets, recharging the thing, and restarting the app, it still throws numbers from 190lbs - 250lbs randomly for the same person. You cannot trust any of these numbers, inaccurate. (2) The support is nonexistent, your only options are to restart it or throw it in the garbage so I chose the latter. It’s really unfortunate because the design seems promising and it’s very aesthetically pleasing and a good size, but it doesn’t work.
