Me and my family absolutely love this product. As long time coffee drinkers we searched for little things to make it more enjoyable, and this truly is one of those products. It is easy to use so the whole family can experiment and learn new ways to drink coffee, plus it is dishwasher safe.

Way too hot. Way too foamy.

Not great. Will be going back. I use primarily for making a breve (latte with 1/2&1/2 instead of milk) This heats waaaaay too hot. Scalds the milk on the bottom of the container. Even on hot chocolate mode it froths way too much resulting in just a huge pile of foam. I've had others of the same style that do not do this with 1/2&1/2. Lastly the retainer for stirring wisk wore out on day 2(!) so if you aren't really careful it falls out and right in your coffee.
