makes my cleaning routine much faster

So I picked this thing up because I was tired of scooping litter all the time. I have two cats, and honestly, it was getting kind of gross and annoying. This machine pretty much does the job for me. It cleans itself after the cats use it, and I do not have to touch anything. That part is cool. It connects to an app, which sounds fancy, but it is actually super easy to set up. I get little messages when the litter needs changing or if something is off. The best part is it does not stink up the room like regular boxes do. Even when both my cats use it, the smell stays away. That is a win in my book. There are a couple of small things that bug me, though. Sometimes the app is slow or does not refresh right away. Also, one of my cats was a little scared of it at first because it makes a soft noise when it runs. He got used to it after a few days, but still, just something to know. All in all, it is not a cheap gadget, but it saves me time and the house smells better. My place is cleaner too since it comes with this mat that stops litter from going everywhere. If you have more than one cat and hate cleaning up after them, this thing helps a lot.

After months of consideration and reading dozens of glowing reviews, I decided to splurge on this Self Cleaning Litter Box Automatic (Extra Large, App-Controlled, Odor-Free, etc.) for my two cats. I genuinely thought I was investing in convenience and cleanliness. Instead, I’ve ended up with an overpriced, frustrating gadget that causes more stress than a regular litter box ever did. Setup and Build Quality — Cheap Feel, Complicated Setup Out of the box, the unit feels cheaper than expected. For the price, I anticipated a solid, premium build — instead, it’s lightweight plastic that feels fragile. Assembly was tedious, and the included instructions were poorly written and barely helpful. Connecting it to WiFi and the app was like pulling teeth — it took multiple attempts and random resets before the app finally recognized the device. The mobile app is glitchy and unreliable. Notifications are either delayed or flat-out wrong. I get alerts saying my cat is inside the box when no one is near it, or that the waste drawer is full after a single use. At one point, it locked itself in “error mode” and refused to cycle for 24 hours, while the app kept telling me everything was working fine.
