CONs: 1. The brush stops if you go over a rug. Basically, if you go over any surface that blocks the suction, the brush will stop rolling and lights will start flashing. You have to turn it OFF and then ON to make the brush work again. 2. The bottom part that is flexible to bend at any direction squeaks very loud. Right out the box it started squeaking and you can hear it very clearly and loud while vacuuming. 3. The suction is not that good on MED MODE. It hardly socks anything off the floor. The HIGH MODE does perform OK. It doesn't socks dirt from corners at all in any mode. PROs: 1. The battery did perform like advertised. I used it only in MED MODE and it did stayed on for 20 minutes. 2. Made out of good quality material but what to do with a good quality product that doesn't perform well. 3. The battery took 2 hours to recharge as advertised. Overall, It's an ok vacuum cleaner if you're using it for your office floor or a place where there floor will not make the brush stop from rolling. Otherwise, you have to turn it on and off over 20 times to clean small spot. Any vacuum will start squeaking someday but atleast not the day you unboxed it. I want stuff to stay new atleast for a month.
