Wireless Cat Water Fountain

I did extensive research before selecting this fountain... it has all the features I was looking for. The cats love it! I had a few questions after receiving it, and customer support has been great. Very prompt and professional in their response. That means a lot when buying online.

It’s quiet. Motion sensor works. No problems so far but only have had it a week. My cat is drinking from the tray vs the downspout. Downspout was how he was drinking from the sink. He’s pretty much scared of anything and he looked at this curiously for the first day and by the second day he drank from it. I like that it isn’t plastic.

It works great. Very easy to install and water is clean, there is 2 filters as I got it and very easy to install it, they give full instructions and I feel even my 96yo grandmother can install it, this is how easy it is and how perfect they managed the installation. Hella easy and very cheap, nice quality and super satisfied with this stuff, my cat would love to see this fountain but currently he is with my brother on the trip, once it’s back I will provide more photos with my baby cat loving his new toy, it’s his birthday present, can’t wait to see him happy . Very excited!!!

It's a very stainless steel themed fountain. It reminds me of a hospital drinking fountain. It's nice that it keeps the water clean but the down side is the animal can not drink from the water basin but from the stream of water that turns on with motion detection technology. So it might really be better for a cat but for my Shih Tzu it isn't so great. Also I'm pretty sure the electronic fountain was glitching because it just kept going on every two seconds and it wouldn't make a difference if I switched to motion detection it would still just go off all night long. She did drink out of it but with the glitching water spout it's just kind of annoying. The plusses are that the water won't evaporate or go bad as quickly and it does have a filter that you can switch out keeping the wtaer clean. The fountain is also rechargeable by plugging it in to an outlet with a USB C cable so that's nice that it is wireless and doesn't eat through batteries. It's easy to put together and is pretty quiet but you can hear the stream of water landing on the stainless steel in a quiet room at night. And the star deduction is because I couldn't get mine to switch off of spray every 2 seconds mode.

Our cat clearly understands the concept of trying things out during assembly! Otherwise, why would she jump on to kitchen island and try out the water? :D That being said, we were in search of all metal water fountain for our cat, this one looks very good so far. There is almost no noise. Takes good amount of water. Battery life also seems good. The price of filter seems little high, other than that good purchase.

Worked great for about 3 weeks when the battery needed to be charged. Acted like it charged but then started blinking 2 days later. Tried ti charge again and it just won't get a charge longer than a single days use. I've tried multiple chargers and nothing will work. Defective or low quality battery. Returning.

I love the idea of this running water fountain, however the sensors did not work properly. In the motion sensor mode, the water ran for approx 20 seconds, stopped for 1-2 seconds and then ran again. This happened in different rooms with no one in the room to initiate movement. The timer sensor mode did not work either. According to the description, it should have run for 1 minute every 1 hour. Instead it ran for 1 minute, stopped for 2 seconds, and started running again. Also, the mode light and battery life light did not illuminate. If you just want running water for your cat this has good water capacity, but I will be returning.

Super easy to set up. Good price. Seems well made and durable. Hopefully the filters will be easy to locate when it's time to buy more. The wireless feature is what sold me. I loved the idea of having a water fountain that didn't need to be plugged in because my kitchen has exactly 2 outlets and I need the one my cat's current one is plugged in to back. She will not drink out of a still water bowl and was always wanting me to turn on the sink faucet so she could drink the running water. It got annoying and wasteful because I'd either have to stand there while she took her time drinking or come back a short time later to find her gone & of course, the sink was still going...undrunk for minutes. Anyway, I got her a fountain and she LOVES it. I don't want her to be without her favorite water source but really need it off my counter and out of that plug. Her food sits on a table nowhere near an outlet so short of stringing an extension cord there to relocate her water, this seemed like the perfect solution. The instructions on how to get the wireless portion functioning were confusing when setting it up (bad day). I haven't gone back yet to solve that riddle. I did, however, need to unplug it to use the outlet and it went into the mode where motion activation was working. I didn't realize it at first but when I went back to the kitchen, my cat had figured out that her walking in front of it made it come back on and she was turning it on and off and on and off. HAHA. smart, silly girl. BUT...she wouldn't drink out of it. *sigh* It took her awhile to even try it after immediately noticing that it wasn't her regular fountain. It's much louder and the faucet part is very different. Then she was washing her paws under it lol but is back to wanting me to turn the sink on for her. I'm hoping that she will adapt to the new model given time. I'm not sure about functionality if do continue to use it. I realized as I was setting it up that the rechargeable part isn't separate so will have to bring the lid or the entire fountain along to recharge it. Not very convenient or functional for my needs.

Sensor doesn't work properly. Water runs constantly regardless of what setting. I'm having to charge every 2 days or leave plugged in. Unfortunately, there doesn't appear to be an option to order another faucet/sensor piece. Disappointed.
