I bought this for my son for Father’s Day. He has two boys that played baseball and an infant. I got him a regular one without the misting option as well. He lives in Kansas and the summers are brutal when the boys are playing ball. The fan has really been a hit in the dugout. It cools the kids off and keeps them from overheating and the other fan he uses to keep himself and the baby cool while watching the game. They are super portable and very well-made. Depending on the size of battery that you use the charge lasts throughout most of the day. Definitely a game changer!

Misters could be better

Nice quality fan and works perfectly with the 4ah makita batteries. Even on full speed the fan drains the battery very slowly. The LED light is a strange addition and you have to manually turn it off every time you turn on the fan. The reason for 3 stars is that the misting function is very underpowered. The two streams are tiny and barely put out any mist, certainly not enough to do any real cooling.
