Great AC!

We took a chance on this portable AC because it got decent reviews. I must say that we are very pleased with it! It keeps our son's room comfortable. And I'm so happy it came with a drain hose. It really pumps the water out on a humid day. During this most recent heat wave, I was having to empty the 5 gallon bucket once a day! I've also had no problems with the venting assembly. Our windows are very dated and are pretty high up on the wall. We've had several portable AC units where the exhaust hose wasn't long enough to reach the windows. This one is the perfect length and the part that goes in the window was easy to cut to size. I would purchase this again!!

It's a fine unit. Gives off a lot of cool air. However, I've been using it for a couple of weeks now, and the drainage tube is starting to get wet on the outside. It's securely in the machine and there's no clogs in the tube, but it's still getting wet. I don't know how to fix it. Not sure what I'm going to do yet. It's a pretty heavy machine, so I'm not sure how I would get it to the ups to return it. Just bummed it's giving me trouble. I was relying on this ac for the summer. Water leakage: Tube is wet on outside.
