The machine takes a bit more work to make a shot of espresso (or a latte) than the competitive one-button machines. It does cold shots for espresso martinis, which is why I bought it. The quality of the shot is simply incredible.

Grinder kept malfunctioning and the Box didn't include any accessories as far as materials or recipe books or how to guides. The seller was responsive to my inquiry that's why I gave 1 star
