Amazing

This is the most powerful portable AC i could find and its smaller and prettier in person than I thought. At 16000 btu its twice as strong as my old one and smaller. Very happy with my purchase. Only con is the hose is not very good quality. It's very thin plastic and once you stretch the house out it gets all twisted and jumbled and hard to close again

NOT 16,000 BTU

My room is 750 sqft and I purchased this because it’s rated to cover that. I’ve had it three days now. My room is well insulated and the outside temperature has been 80 degrees. I noticed the room won’t go below 72 degrees even when it’s set lower. It runs constantly and I can hear the compressor working. I decided to run it through my meter that calculates power consumption, etc. it’s only pulling 3,000 BTU. This explains why it’s not able to properly cool the room. It doesn’t have any clogs and the water is empty. The unit just isn’t pushing out anywhere close to the advertised 16,000 BTU.
