Portable Handheld Personal Cool Fan

So when I received this and powered it up, it didn't seem like it was very strong and I didn't notice the difference between the levels: 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%. When I actually pointed it on myself, I could definitely feel the difference and it was stronger than I realized. I LOVED it! But that was inside. When I took it outside in the 100 degree Texas heat, it wasn't nearly as effective. The intake is fairly large and the air does not cool down at all so it blows out as hot as it comes in. It's still a breeze, but I didn't feel it to be very cooling. Then again, it WAS 100 degrees. Outside, you had to hold it about 6-8 inches for levels 1 and 2, and at arms length for the highest level. Inside, I found that it didn't require it to be as close. Level 3 worked at arms length, for instance. Based on my experience, I think it would be best suited inside for sudden bursts of heat or as a quick way to cool off after coming in from the heat. I like that it displays the battery level and also what level you have it on. It reminds me of a mini-blow dryer. The look and feel is good and it's very easy to operate - just push one button to cycle through the speeds. Overall, not bad for the price point.
