Dyson Ball Animal 3+ Vacuum, Nickel/Silver

I readily admit this was a refurbished/renewed item that I purchased. The problem is the problem was never fixed. For some reason when you change this vacuum from the standing position to the vacuuming position, the hose that’s supposed to change between the two parts of the vacuum doesn’t move. When I manually push the hose down into the bottom port, I admit this thing probably has the best suction for a vacuum I’ve ever used. However, to have to do that manually each time has became a real pain in the butt. Really sad to see how far Dyson Quality has fallen. Considering my DC 15 is still working with only a few parts needing to be replaced over the 20 years or so.
