Please, please, PLEASE read carefully before you send an email. Make sure your issue is appropriate to the address you click on. If you send a service question to the purchasing department, don't be surprised if it languishes in email purgatory.

We're supposed to list this for important bid'ness stuff — cease and desists, corporate take-over attempts, and collection notices on our unpaid bar tabs. In other words, things we should ignore. If you have something you want us to read, save a tree and use email, folks.

If you are a victim of identity theft, you may request, at no charge, copies of records relating to fraudulent transactions that may have occurred at Woot.

To do this, follow the steps below:

If you have a Woot account, you can access certain information through Account Overview, where you can see Stuff You Bought.

If you don't have a Woot account, can't access your Woot account, or need further records, you may submit your request in writing to the following address:
