Once again, mugs - such as the ones in these six-pack assortments of Cool Gear 19-ounce travel mugs - have been named one of the top things to put coffee in by the editors of Coffee Receptacle Report. This year's top 15, in no particular order:

• Paper cups: still holding coffee after all these years.
• Stryofoam cups: environmental concerns have dented their reputation, but they remain capable of holding coffee.
• Travel mugs: the original "mobile technology".
• Ceramic mugs: bring a touch of dignity and class, especially the ones that slowly reveal a fake frog at the bottom.
• Plastic cups: the sweatpants of coffee receptacles.
• Bottles: not just for vodka anymore.
• Bowls: the original "handsfree technology."
• Dog bowls: when you just can't start the day without a little cruelty to animals.
• Your cupped hands: half of the coffee, twice the burns.
• Baggies: the favorite of street coffee dealers.
• Hats: when your coffee habit "goes to your head".
• Helmets: when you start being scared about poking yourself with those wooden stirrers as you drink.
• Hollowed-out skulls: when you're drinking coffee to stay up late listening to death metal bands.
• Your pants pockets: hey, if you think coming up with 15 thing to put coffee in is easy, you try it. Next year we're just doing a top 10 list.
