Pre-Programmed Menu Options:

Basic/white bread
French/Italian bread – this program uses special timing and temperatures required to achieve a crispy crust
Whole wheat bread
Sweet bread – this program is designed to bake bread with high amounts of sugar, fats, and proteins
Gluten free – because the dough is generally wet and has a batter-like consistency, this program recognizes that less kneading is required, allows the dough to rises only once, and increases baking time
Packaged mix – designed for prepackaged yeast bread mixes intended for bread machines
Cake/quick bread
Dough – appropriate for almost any dough recipe (except gluten free) in which an alternate loaf shape is desired, such as round loaf, dinner rolls, and braided challah bread; ideal for pizza dough
Pasta dough
Jams – the paddle automatically keeps the ingredients stirring through the process; the heating element is placed in a way that prevent the contents from getting burned
Bake-only
Rapid bake – used with rapid rise yeast
