Ernie knocked on the door to 3B. The woman who answered the door last time had said that she was in the market for a Dyson, and to come back next time he had one.

He was sure she was going to love this DC25 with its 220 airways of constant suction power and the fact that it was Certified Asthma Friendly, especially since every time he had seen her, she had a wad of tissues stuck up her sleeve.

When she came to the door this time, Ernie was shocked to see that she already had a vacuum. And not just any vacuum.

He didn't even bother with the formality of saying hello. "And just what in the heck is THAT?" he said while pointing at the vacuum in her hand. But he already knew. It was a DC25.

"Oh hi!" she said, oblivious to the disdain in his voice. "Isn't it great? Your partner came by earlier and sold it to me."

"My partner?" he said, confused.

"I've been running it all afternoon, and let me tell ya, this Lifetime HEPA filtration system has its work cut out for it!"

"My PARTNER?" he said again.

She continued, "I tell ya, this root cyclone technology is impressive, the way it removes dirt from the air without using a filter. It's an absolute lifesaver for an allergy sufferer like me."

"I DON'T HAVE A PARTNER!" he yelled.

"Oh," she said. "Well then. Looks like someone got the jump on you. Better luck next time!" she said before closing the door.

"DAMN YOU, STAN!" he yelled while shaking his fist into the air.

He swore he could hear someone laughing off in the distance.
