A comfortable place to sleep… with one eye open!

I had a feeling something bad was going to happen. Ever since we arrived here at this huge old hotel so my dad could take care of the place for the winter and work on his writing, I knew there was something wrong. Then, one day I’m riding around the halls on my tricycle, and I round the corner and bam! There was this ghostly Flocked Twin Size Airbed with Battery Powered Air Pump standing right in front of me.

But to be honest, it wasn’t that scary. It’s flocked surface looked like it would give the feeling of warmth, keep sheets in place, and help you stay dry with its water resistant surface. I mean, to be honest, I felt comfortable and supported just seeing its coil construction. Then, in a flash the air mattress was deflated and wrapped up in its carry/storage bag, then in another flash, it was standing up again, then a few seconds later, back in the bag! Eventually, I covered my eyes – not out of fear but because to be honest the whole quick flashes thing was giving me a headache – and when I uncovered them, it was gone.

So, that was weird. Anyway, I hope my dad doesn’t try to kill me.
