When it comes to making a pot of coffee, leave it to the pro coffee makers.

This Frigidaire Thermal Carafe Coffee Maker isn't an ordinary coffee maker. It's a professional coffee maker. We're not quite sure what that means, considering it's a coffee maker built for the home, so likely you or your family will be using it or the person you gave it to will be using it, but unless one of you is a barista or a coffee roaster, it's not really in the hands of a professional, is it?

We guess it could be referring to professionals in general, like the fact that you or another family members works in some sort of industry and also likes to drink coffee. That could make sense because technically that makes them a professional and they are using this coffee maker.

Or is it the brand? Is it that Frigidaire is a brand comprised of professional coffee people and that this is the coffee maker they created? But then wouldn't other Frigidaire coffee makers also be professional? See? It doesn't make sense!

Our last idea was that maybe, just maybe it would come with a person who would make and serve us coffee, but when the shipment of these arrived at our warehouse, there were no baristas included, so clearly that wasn't it either.

Frankly, we have no idea why this is named a "professional" coffee maker, but it does make tasty coffee, so that's good enough for us.
