Inaccurate readings each time I've tried to use it.

I have tried using this thermometer several times, and it has not worked properly any time I've used it. I trusted it with a pork loin, set it to 165 degrees, but when the alarm went off the roast was 195 degrees. The roast was barely edible. I tried it again with a thick steak, it's a good thing I didn't trust it because it was reading 110 when the steak was 130. Very disappointing purchase.
